FCIDD is sad to announce the passing of a long-time volunteer, Patricia Koepsel. There will never be enough words to describe all the contributions and energy Pat made to Civitan, Junior Civitan, the FCIDD, her church St. Luke's and before that St. John's, and the Girl Scouts.
