12th Annual Whitfield E. Mallory FCIDD Classic

The Whitfield E. Mallory FCIDD Golf Classic honors Whitfield “Whit” Mallory’s life and work as a member of Civitan International, and longtime leader in the FCIDD, in his pursuits of promoting with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Join us for a round at the Clifton Park Golf Course in the beautiful city of Baltimore or become an event sponsor and support the FCIDD’s continued work in “making possibilities happen” for children and adults with I/DD.

THE TOURNAMENT

​

The tournament is a shotgun start, Captain’s Choice-style tournament with foursomes (either registered or assigned) all beginning at a different hole at the start and rotating until 18 holes are played. For each hole, all players tee off, the best drive is selected, and all members play from that spot. Included for a golfers is a breakfast bar (starting at 7:00 AM), a golf cart (2 per cart), two drink tickets for the course, entry in on-course mini-games, swag, and lunch. Entry to the putting contest is an extra $5 to be collected at registration.​

 

Entry for single golfers is $100 and $375 for a foursome.

LODGING

 

​The FCIDD is proud to have a partnership with historic Hotel Ulysses in downtown Baltimore for a block of rooms discounted for Whit Mallory FCIDD Golf Classic participants for the nights of October 8-10 as follows:

Classic Full Bed- $169.00 (Thu Oct 8); $216.00 (Fri Oct 9); $216.00 (Sat Oct 10)

Queen Room- $181.00 (Thu Oct 8); $229.00 (Fri Oct 9); $229.00 (Sat Oct 10)​

2x Double Full Beds- $209.00 (Thu Oct 8); $256.00 (Fri Oct 9); $256.00 (Sat Oct 10)

​*Room rate does not include taxes and breakfast. The the cut-off date for reservations is 30 days before the arrival date.

SPONSORSHIPS

​

Premium- $7,500  4 foursomes, choice of starting holes, logo on event banner, cart sign logo, golf towel logo, 4 hole sponsor signs, a full-page program advertisement and swag!

 

Platinum- $5,000  3 foursomes, logo on event banner, golf towel logo, 3 hole sponsor signs, a full-page program advertisement and swag!

Gold- $2,500  2 foursomes, 2 hole sponsor signs, and a half-page program advertisement and swag!

 

Silver- $1,000  1 foursome, 1 hole sponsor signs, and a half-page program advertisement and swag!

 

Bronze- $500  Cover fees for 1 foursome of Special Olympics Maryland athletes including meals and swag, and a quarter-page program acknowledgement for the sponsor!

 

Meal Sponsor- $250  Recognition poster at cafe and program recognition!

 

Hole Sponsor- $100  Hole sign and program recognition!

 

*All Sponsors receive FCIDD website and social media recognition
