FCIDD Celebrates It's Largest Round of Grants Ever to IDD Programs
The July 2026 submission cycle for FCIDD reached a record high, with 18 grant applications aimed at supporting intellectual and developmental disabilities programs spanning from Virginia to Massachusetts. We extend our congratulations to the dedicated individuals who are turning possibilities into reality across our 15-state region. This grant cycle marked the first time unsponsored IDD nonprofits were eligible to apply, with nine taking advantage of the opportunity. As traditional funding sources diminish, finding alternative resources becomes crucial, especially as the challenges faced by our beneficiaries continue to grow. We are grateful to address a significant community need through our grant-making efforts and proud of all involved for approving over $1,000,000.00 in project grants for the FY26 fiscal year!
