....meet the volunteers of the Executive Committee
Jo Ann O'Toole was raised in Fairmont, West Virginia and currently serves on the Executive Committee in the role of 2nd Vice President. Introduced to the FCIDD through her membership in Civitan International, she has served in just about every officer role for the Foundation since her service began in 2014.

In Jo Ann's words, "I love hearing how our funding supports so many organizations. I'm excited about expanding the outreach and seeing how the vision of one family continues to create such a meaningful impact."
We couldn't have said it better ourselves, Jo Ann. Thank you!
As we approach the beginning of another fiscal year, we invite you, too, to be part of something bigger than yourself that has a direct impact on the IDD community.

Jo Ann wants people to realize that FCIDD's best kept secret, and one on which to focus, especially now, is this: "It's reach goes far beyond funding, creating sustainable change for generations".
Jo Ann, and her husband, Joe, are the proud parents and grandparents of MANY! They are both part of the Civitan Club of Frederick, Maryland. This concludes our introductions of the humans who are responsible for creating that generational change, and this one is a hidden gem, for sure!
