Meet Mike Ragland, Annapolis attorney and philanthropic leader. Mike grew up in Wheaton, Maryland and has been a volunteer at the Annapolis Civitan club since 2005. He has been on the Executive Committee for a number of years, serving in several roles, currently as our Judge Advocate and one of three Directors at Large.
Mike personally enjoys helping others achieve their potential, which he finds is satisfied by his service to FCIDD. "We exist, we help, we care."

Mike was recently honored for his service to the IDD community and the Annapolis area by the Community Foundation of Anne Arundel County, being nomimated by an FCIDD beneficiary, Langton Green, and we completely understand why!
Marisa Tokarsky proudly serves as our Treasurer and has been doing so for over five years. Hailing from Windber, Pennsylvania, Marisa is selfless in her commitment to the IDD community. She is a member of the Capital Region Civitan club.

"My brother, Michael, has Down Syndrome. Organizations like FCIDD provide Michael and others with diverse abilities the access to various services, supports and innovations enabling them to live meaningful lives and achieve their dreams. Volunteering for FCIDD has allowed me to give back."

In her time on the Foundation Board, there have been amazing successes, and Marisa is excited to be part of the current team helping extend the impact of the organization with additional grants, and research funding to help more IDD individuals and their families. "Shout it to the rooftops: FCIDD's grants program provides financial support to and amplifies the work of both large and small nonprofits benefitting IDD."
