Secretary and Assistant Treasurer of the Executive Committee

Patricia Jackowski hails from Connecticut, and first became aware of the foundation through her service to the Civitan organization. After serving on the Board of Directors for Civitan International representing Region 4, Patti was elected to the Executive Committee of the FCIDD in 2022 as Assistant Secretary, becoming the elected Secretary for both FY23 and FY24. Grant-making impact for local community IDD organizations just makes her heart flutter, and in her words, " the best kept secret is the willingness and empathy of the FCIDD Board of Directors, Committee Chairs and Staff to work with IDD organizations".

Charlie "I'm Bad" Jackowski is one of the "numbers guys"

And he actually is the one who makes Patti's heart flutter. Charlie also got to know the Foundation through service on the Civitan International Board. He started his service on the FCIDD Board of Directors in 2022 as Assistant Treasurer and continues in that position in FY25.

Charlie is grateful for the assistance the foundation provides to organizations serving local IDD community nonprofits so that they have access to services and things they would otherwise go without. He is proud of the good we do in the community of 15 states on the Eastern Seaboard.

Patti and Charlie like to travel: photos include the Sea of Galillee at sunset, the Dypa/Jackowski family for the Civitan Club of Middletown, CT, and as integral members of our Golf committee at the Whit Mallory Golf Tournament in Baltimore.
