Rustic place setting with "Happy Thanksgiving" tag, autumn leaves background.

With Thanksgiving celebrations across the United States tomorrow, we're thinking of what we're thankful for here at the FCIDD. Here's an incomplete list:

  • Everyone who gets up each day and faces the world in light of their own limitations, yet resolves to contribute something good.

  • Families, no matter the makeup, that provide a safe space and loving support for every member.

  • Non-profits who let their ideals lead them in all sorts of amazing directions.

  • Volunteers who both find and give life through their service.

  • Donors who give because they want to convey trust and value in the causes they support.

As you celebrate tomorrow, know that we're also grateful for you and wish each of you a very happy Thanksgiving!
